Level 1 First Aid Department of labour approved (DOL)

This course is a 2- day course over 16 hours of training, with practical and theoretical testing which is all done in house by material experts.

Subjects covered:

Theory: scene and patient safety. Communicable disease and prevention, vital signs, basic human anatomy, shock, bleeding control, fractures, seizures and head injury, burns. CPR . infant, adults and choking.

Practical: vitals, splinting, bandaging, Cardio pulmonary resuscitation and Heimlich maneuver
